Age and Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement: The minimum age to participate on the 13bdt platform is 21 years. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Creating an account by providing a false age will be considered a serious violation, and such accounts will be closed immediately. Funds deposited to such accounts may be forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirement
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
- For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawal.
- It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer applies once per person, household, or device.
- A bonus may apply only to specific games or categories.
- Bonuses have a set validity period — if the wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program
13bdt runs a three-tier VIP program for regular players:
- Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
- Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Betting and Gaming Rules
All gaming activity on the 13bdt platform follows fair play principles. The general betting rules are described below:
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the amount will be returned to the account.
- If a transaction remains incomplete due to a network issue, contact support with proof.
6.2 Sports Betting
- All sports betting is governed by international rules.

8.2 Closure by the Player
